Effective June 2, 2026, Kori Cooksey, known as Falcon Moonsdottir, has been suspended from participation in all Kingdom of Blackspire functions, activities, offices, and subsidiary groups for a period of twelve (12) months.
Upon conclusion of the suspension period, an additional twelve (12) month probationary period will be enacted. During that period, access to kingdom-administered social media will be restricted to a read-only setting. Additionally, during the probationary period, whether in person or online, including both official and unofficial Amtgard-related social media, any conduct involving harassment, retaliation, disruption of organizational operations, or conduct found after review under applicable procedures to materially interfere with organizational governance or operations may result in further disciplinary action.
Kori Cooksey is further deemed ineligible to hold an elected or appointed office, oversee elections, maintain Kingdom or subsidiary financial access, serve as an event steward/autocrat, or hold official administrative or moderation authority within the organization. This ineligibility shall remain in effect in perpetuity unless such eligibility is later restored through the disciplinary review or appeal processes established in Blackspire's governing documents.
This action is based on internal governance and organizational risk findings. It is not a statement that any criminal act occurred.
This suspension does propagate to all Kingdoms.
