The Kingdom of Blackspire is providing notice that, following an appeal hearing in disciplinary case 26-1000, the existing disciplinary action concerning Jonathan Elder has been modified with his agreement.
The modified terms remain in effect through February 7, 2027.
Under the revised action, Jonathan Elder remains restricted from participating in field combat throughout the Kingdom of Blackspire, with a limited exception permitting participation at his home holding of Dragon's Forge, subject to the discretion of the local Monarchy and applicable game runners.
This exception applies only to ordinary Dragon's Forge activities. Jonathan Elder remains prohibited from field combat at all Kingdom-level events, including Kingdom events hosted at a local park, Dragon's Forge, another holding, or a campout.
Local leadership retains full discretion to restrict or deny field participation when appropriate for safety, conduct, or event-management reasons.
When faced with the testimony in the appeal, we heard significant improvement and change in Bahamut's mindset toward the inciting incident and future similar situations. We feel comfortable giving him limited ability to showcase his improvement and prove to the kingdom his growth.
This public notice is intended to communicate the restrictions necessary for implementation and enforcement. Additional details concerning the underlying grievance, investigation, appeal deliberations, or confidential disciplinary records will not be released.
