Summer Reign is upon us, and it is going to be very busy! To reduce court times and free up the Kingdom Monarchy to focus on creating fun filled events, the Kingdom Monarchy will not be giving awards under 9th, except in a few special cases.
What does this mean for the populace? I expect the monarchy teams of Blackspire’s Holdings to work together to make sure the folks deserving of those lower level awards get them! I give my blanket permission to the Monarchies of larger Holdings to bestow awards to members of smaller Holdings up to the larger Holding’s award level.
Practically, this means Duchies may bestow up to 8th level awards to members of Baronies and Shires within the Kingdom, and likewise, Baronies may bestow up to 5th level awards to members of Shires within the Kingdom. I ask that the counterpart awarding positions (Holder to Holder, Vizier to Vizier, etc) at both Holdings agree to the award before the larger Holding bestows the award.
