A total of 41 ballots were received. Of those, 39 ballots were counted and 2 ballots were disqualified.

This proposal updates the Bylaws to define when the Board of Directors elects or re-elects its internal officer positions, including President, Treasurer, Secretary, and DRM. Under the passed language, the BOD will elect or re-elect those internal positions at the next scheduled BOD meeting after winter and summer BOD election results are finalized.

This proposal updates Bylaws section 1.3.2.3 by removing the term “in-game” from the Financial Officer/KPM’s election duties. Under the passed language, the Financial Officer/KPM conducts all elections except the election of Financial Officer, which remains conducted by the Operations Officer. This clarifies that the KPM may administer BOD seat elections along with the other elections they already administer.
