Notice is hereby given that a Special Membership Meeting of the Kingdom of Blackspire will be held on 5/12/26 at 6:00PM on the Kingdom of Blackspire Discord in the General voice channel.
This meeting is being called with at least seven days' notice for the purpose of discussing a proposed amendment to the Kingdom Bylaws related to election ballot format.
The purpose of this meeting is limited to discussion of the proposed bylaw amendment listed below. No other business will be conducted at this special meeting unless separately and properly noticed.
Purpose of Meeting
To discuss voter confidentiality and election confidence, and correct our ability to maintain private voting for the Board of Directors.
Current Bylaws Text Proposed for Discussion
Bylaws 1.3.3.1
Seven group members shall be chosen by open ballot to serve in this capacity.
Proposed Bylaws Amendment
Replace Bylaws 1.3.3.1 with:
Seven group members shall be chosen by ballot to serve in this capacity. Ballots may be conducted by any lawful method approved by the officer administering the election, provided that the voting members are notified of the voting method, ballot format, voting window, and election parameters before voting opens. Nothing in this section shall require votes to be cast publicly or require the contents of an individual voter’s ballot to be disclosed.
Meeting Format
The meeting will be held remotely on Discord. Members may attend, ask questions, and discuss the proposed amendments through the designated meeting channel. The presiding officer may set reasonable rules of order for the meeting to keep discussion on topic and ensure members have a fair opportunity to be heard.

The votes on these items would be administered at the May 16th, 2026 KLE at Satyr’s Hollow as Old Business.
