Greetings Populace of Blackspire,
It is time to get ready for our Midreign KLE at Eternal Glades. This KLE, The King's High Hunt, will include the following: the coronation of our newly elected Kingdom Prime Minister and Kingdom Guildmaster of Reeves, the Weaponmaster tournament, the third course of the Chef's Circuit cooking contest, monthly mini A&S showcase, and fun battlegames.
THE WEAPONMASTER TOURNAMENT
This tournament will be a multi-bracket, single elimination, best 2/3 (re-fight draws) tournament. Brackets are double dagger, open, and combat archery!
Some notes on the Archery bracket: This bracket will count as both a bracket within the Weaponmaster tournament, as well as a stand alone Kingdom-level archery tournament (when determining orders of the Hunter).
1v1, as many arrows as the person can carry, one bow, must move (5ft min) or fire every 10 seconds, you get two warnings to move or fire but on a third infraction you forfeit. No specialty arrows. Arrows do *NOT break a bow. May not use weapons other than a bow (any amtgard legal bow) and arrows. Arrow share is active. Hits to the arm are considered a death.
This Tournament is administered by the outgoing Kingdom Guildmaster of Reeves, Grand Duke Sir Theorem Nolis.
TIMELINE OF EVENTS
- 12 PM: Arrive/Tournament sign up opens/ Ditch / Pick-up Battlegames
- 12:30 PM: Battlegames, sign-ups for Chef of Chefs Circuit, Bardic A&S
- 1:30 PM: Battlegames, Bardic performances (tentative), Sign Up Closed /Tournament Begins
- 3:30 PM: Althing
- 4:30 PM: Court
- 5:00 PM: Close out Event
NOTES/REQUESTS
We humbly request for reeves to volunteer to help reeve the tournament and the battlegames.
Additionally, any tables or canopies that can be provided to house the Chef's
Circuit would be excellent.
