Hello kingdom of Blackspire!
Back by very popular demand, AmtPride is proud to present the Blackspire Drag Show! We have two sections this year: Runway and Lip Sync! Runway will allow our populace to strut their stuff on the red carpet and have pictures taken. The lip sync will be performance based, where each participant will get up to four minutes to lip sync to a song of their choice (pg rated). They can dance, act, or do whatever they feel within that time. While these are not going to be judged as a competition, we still encourage you to put your best on and show your stuff! Weylyn will have some of their outfits to share, but they are limited so please bring your own if you can.
In addition, we will have three professional drag queens putting on a number to show us how it's done.
This will be held at Silvermoon (Woodmansee Park in Salem) on 6/20. The lip sync will start at 2pm sharp, with the runway following immediately after.
In addition to the drag and Runway, we will also have a table to make your own buttons. These will be a great way to show your pride. And don't forget that we are still taking donations in the form of food or hygienic items for Q Center!
