The Kingdom of Blackspire is now accepting Winterbash bids from now through July 9th at 11:59PM, before the July Board Meeting on Monday, July 13th at 7PM.

Bids should include a full event scope, budget, staffing plan, Crat roles, and any relevant planning assumptions. Please use the historical Winterbash information and prior number references where applicable so bids can be reviewed consistently.
At the July KLE on Saturday, July 11th, we will also be holding an emergency election for the two Alternate Board Member seats.

Members who wish to run for an Alternate Board Member seat may declare their intent by:
Posting their intent to run in Discord,
Posting their intent to run on Facebook, or
Emailing the KPM at kpm@blackspire.org
Please make sure declarations are clear so they can be properly recorded before the July KLE election.
