What you'll need:
Body Scrub Supplies List
Sugar
Neutral Oil (coconut oil, cocoa butter and olive oil are popular choices for this)
Essential oils if you want a scent
Other options for adding scent without essential oils: Cinnamon, clove, star anise or other strongly scented spices

Leek and Potato Soup with Biscuits ingredients list:
leek and potato soup:
olive oil and/or unsalted butter, a few Tbsp
3-5 medium to large leeks
about 2 pounds yukon gold potatoes, not peeled
4-8 cloves of garlic
a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
2 bay leaves
about 6 sprigs of fresh thyme, or 1 Tbsp dried thyme
6-8 cups unsalted chicken or vegetable stock
salt (kosher or table are both fine)
creme fraiche or sour cream, to serve (optional)
(most of these are measure-with-your-heart; the main point is to have about equal amounts of leeks and potatoes, and then enough broth or stock to cover)
(this makes A Lot of soup. feel free to make a half recipe.)
biscuits:
1 3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
6 Tbsp unsalted butter, cold from the fridge
3/4 c milk or buttermilk, plus another Tbsp or so for brushing the tops
(this makes 12 biscuits, which is usually enough for 4 people)

equipment needed:
cutting board
sharp knife
large pot with a lid
either a salad spinner or a colander + a large bowl that the colander fits inside
wooden or silicone spoon or spatula for stirring soup
blender (either stick or countertop, optional)
a bit of kitchen twine for tying herbs together
a bench scraper is nice but not essential
a pastry blender is also nice but not essential
mixing bowl for making biscuits
flexible spatula for stirring biscuits together
rolling pin (optional)
baking sheet/cookie sheet
parchment paper
stove
oven
