Greetings, Blackspire!
I come with a request as Head Scribe, in honor of the incredible folks who will be elevated to peerage this reign.
The Scribes Guild has a dedicated fund for reimbursing scribes for regular awards, as outlined in the corpora. However, this has not historically included gifts we typically bestow upon knights. Be it your pleasure, anyone who wishes to make a monetary donation to the artists of the knights' customary gifts - the belt, chain, surcoat, spurs, sword, phoenixes, box, scroll, vigil feast, and their alternatives - can do so by the usual means of donating to the kingdom, with a note that the money be used for this purpose. At which point I, in my role, will process reimbursement and purchase requests as I would any other scribal request from these artists.
Any excess of funds will be used for the scribes guild, for regular awards thereafter.
I will of course continue to use my best judgement in all requests, follow the guidelines and limits already set out for me as Head Scribe, and as always, future knights and their artists are welcome and encouraged to fund their own gifts where possible.
If you're interested, you can donate here!
