These minutes are to discuss the proposal by the leadership team to change out current voting method. At the moment our bylaws are written to have open voting done at Allthings. Therefore everyone can see how everyone else votes. While some members are fine with this several are not and would prefer privacy. So this meeting was to discuss changing our Bylaws to have voting be closed instead.
The Special Membership part of this meeting is a unique type of meeting that requires 20% of the board or 5% of the voting populace to have. One week notice was given for this and is required if you wish to have one yourself. This is not to vote on anything but instead this time was used to add something to the upcoming KLE ballot in one week compared to the normal two.
