I hope everyone is excited for the Satyrs Hollow KLE! The next two relics that will be going out are Robin’s Hood and the Tights of the Merry Men!

The Kingdom of Blackspire warmly invites certain individuals to attend Court during this Saturday’s KLE in order to receive awards, accolades, and other recognitions.

During the upcoming althing at the Kingdom Level Event taking place May 16, 2026, the player known as Greene the Blue (Brock Patterson) will be appealing a disciplinary decision.

By joint agreement of the Kingdom of Blackspire Monarch (Brodar), Kingdom Guildmaster of Reeves (Theorem), and Kingdom Prime Minister (Emmering), the player known as Frye (Alex Frey) is hereby suspended indefinitely (pending legal proceedings)

By joint agreement of the Kingdom of Blackspire Monarch (Brodar), Kingdom Guildmaster of Reeves (Theorem), and Kingdom Prime Minister (Emmering), the player known as Greene the Blue (Brock Patterson) is hereby suspended from participating in field combat for a period of six (6) months (ending 10/23/2026).

Notice is hereby given that a Special Membership Meeting of the Kingdom of Blackspire will be held on 5/12/26 at 6:00PM on the Kingdom of Blackspire Discord in the General voice channel.

The Kingdom of Blackspire warmly invites certain individuals to attend Court during this Sunday’s KLE in order to receive awards, accolades, and other recognitions.

First, we have two AnS events this weekend! The first is the Cooking Circuit, and the next is the Virtal Art AnS.

We’re thrilled about this transition because it gives us better tools to safeguard the Kingdom and holding funds, improve accountability, and make financial transitions easier over time.

The Kingdom of Blackspire will hold elections for the offices of Kingdom Prime Minister (KPM) and Kingdom Guildmaster of Reeves (KGMR) at the upcoming Kingdom Level Event.

Rho accounts are set up and ready for holdings to make the switch to digital funds! If you are a holder or chancellor with a cash box, you may now bring your funds to the next KLE (this Sunday at dusk hollow 4/26!) and have them converted to digital funds.

Members can complete their dues quickly and securely online. Staying current with dues helps support the kingdom’s events, equipment, site costs, and ongoing operations that keep our community active and growing.

Here is the current outline of Blackspire’s Disciplinary Process, with proposed changes at the bottom.

We want to share an important update with the populace regarding the ballots from the Althing held on February 7, 2026, at Satyr’s Hollow, and the steps that have followed.

Acting on the recommendation of the Blackspire Board of Directors Disciplinary Committee, by joint agreement of the Kingdom of Blackspire Monarch (Brodar), Kingdom Guildmaster of Reeves (Theorem), and Kingdom Prime Minister (Emmering), the player known as Fazadar (Josh Esker) is hereby suspended for 12 months (4/7/2026-4/7/2027). This suspension does not propagate.

There have been some changes to the schedule for this summer’s reign. Firstly, the September KLE and coronation has been shifted to the 5th to avoid conflict with NLCC Fall.

Any items to be submitted for consideration as new business at the April Althing, 4/26 at Dusk Hollow, must be proposed by Sunday, 4/12 to be included on this ballot!

We have an upcoming update to the website to make digital dues payments online through the website, but until then we will not be accepting dues digitally.

As was mentioned in the announcement from Amtgard International, the Spring Muster is upon us. Spring Muster is the annual recruitment drive for Amtgard, and Blackspire needs a Kingdom Representative.

At Coronation I announced several appointments. Today, I am happy to announce three more appointed positions.

As part of my reign plan, I announced my intentions to carry on my scholarship to the kingdom level. Let’s do that!

Here is the schedule for Kingdom Level Events for Summer Reign 2026. Please note, there will be separate announcements covering each KLE in more detail as they approach.

As long as the field space is available, I want to encourage reeves and aspiring game runners, who have the desire, to run pick-up Battlegames (when none are available). Read more about this proclamation on the website.

Let it be known, unless otherwise noted, all tournaments held by the Kingdom at any event over the Summer 2026 reign shall be considered Major Kingdom Level Tournaments when considering Orders of the Warrior. Learn more here.

Summer Reign is upon us, and it is going to be very busy! To reduce court times and free up the Kingdom Monarchy to focus on creating fun filled events, the Kingdom Monarchy will not be giving awards under 9th, except in a few special cases.
